I bet you're wondering why I got into this sport. I got into this because I liked working out at the gym.

I like lifting weights. It's a challenge to create something that I didn't have before.

It was very empowering to lift weights and to be strong.

When I was strong in the gym, it overflowed into my personal life.

I felt so capable and strong in doing things every day.
