    the rope ratchet is clipped to leather chastity belt/harness... the pulling end goes over one wheel of double pulley to a 10lb weight, the tightening end of rope goes over second wheel of pulley and to my wrist strap...  so any slack between wrist and pulley, or belt and pulley gets taken up by the weight..  also if I pull down on my arm.. it pulls up on my belt holding purple dildo in place..
