Knives, clubs, guns, all are regularly seized by police trying to keep war criminals apart.

Recently, there's been another weapon of choice.

A weapon not designed to kill, but to maim and disfigure.

And it's not just the gangs themselves, but police, innocent bystanders, and severe danger.
